📦 Returns & Exchanges

• Customized products (including items with names or any personalization) are not eligible for return or exchange
• 10-day exchange window from delivery date
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags
• Reverse pickup (if available) may be chargeable
• If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship

All returns undergo a quality check. Exchanges are approved only if the product passes inspection.

💳 Refund Policy

• We primarily offer exchanges
• Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
• COD orders: Refund issued as store credit
• Processed within 10 working days
• Valid for 2 months
• Shipping and reverse charges are non-refundable

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation allowed only before dispatch
• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
• Full refund issued if the order is cancelled by us
