1. Return & Exchange Policy

• We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

• Products must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags intact.

• Reverse pickup is subject to service availability and will be charged to the customer if applicable. If the service is unavailable, customers must ship the product back to our provided address.

• We conduct a thorough quality check upon receiving the returned product. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the product passes the quality inspection.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds for prepaid/online orders will be initiated within 7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method.

• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued as a coupon code equivalent to the order value. The coupon code will be sent within 10 working days after the return is processed and will be valid for 2 months.

• Shipping charges and reverse pickup charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled if they have not been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

• If we cancel your order due to any reason, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Important Notes
