• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we detect any suspicious activity or misuse.

4. Order and Acceptance

• All products/services displayed on the website are an "invitation to offer." Your order is an "offer" subject to our acceptance.

• We will confirm order acceptance by dispatching the product(s). Prior to dispatch, we are not obligated to accept your offer.

• Payment is required before order processing. If an order is canceled after payment, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.

• If we cancel an order after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) payments are not available.

7. Fraudulent Transactions We reserve the right to monitor and cancel orders involving suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled due to suspected fraud, we will refund the amount minus applicable fees.

8. Product Representation

• We strive to accurately display product colors and specifications. However, actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and mock-up images.

• We are not responsible for minor variations in color or size.

9. Return & Exchange Policy We have an easy 10-day return/exchange policy. Please note the following:

• Reverse pickup is subject to availability and will be charged to the customer if applicable. If unavailable, customers must ship the product directly to our address.

• Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

• Refunds for prepaid/online orders will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

• For COD orders, a coupon code equivalent to the order value will be issued within 10 working days of receiving the returned product. This coupon will be valid for 2 months.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. Refund Policy
