Reverse pickup is subject to service availability and will be charged to the customer if applicable. If the service is unavailable, customers must ship the product back to our provided address.

We conduct a thorough quality check upon receiving the returned product. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the product passes the quality inspection.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued as a coupon code equivalent to the order value. The coupon code will be sent within 10 working days after the return is processed and will be valid for 2 months.
