📦 Returns & Exchanges

  • As all products are personalized, returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Minor variations in color, print placement, fabric, design, or size are a natural part of customization and are not considered defects.

  • Incorrect size selection is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please check the size chart before ordering.

🎥 Unboxing Video Required

A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or incorrect item claims. The video must clearly show:

  • The unopened parcel with shipping label.

  • The complete unboxing process.

  • The product(s) inside.

Please also share clear photos of the parcel and product.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

  • Prepaid refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 working days.

  • WePrintStyle covers return shipping for approved claims.
